The event staff were brilliant but I found the course too hilly for a half marathon and I feel the course routes could have been slightly different. I would add that at the finish the flags could have been better placed at the start of it, not at the end. Overall, nice prep for forthcoming marathon. And I had lived in crystal palace for a number of years before and frequently visited the park with my sons in the 2000s, so it was nice reminiscence.

Lots of people blocking the way when running as run is in public area. Lots of dogs and prams! Definitely not a PB half marathon. People friendly and was ok but not one for me to do again personally.

Event was great, unfortunately it was raining a lot leading up to the event day, so some of the paths go down hill were very muddy and slippery which is quite unsafe.

The goody bag non existent compared to when I last did the run 2 years ago. Water bottles at the end and good to see you could fill up your own water bottle. Haribo sweets at the end but sadly these are not vegetarian.
