Have run this for the last three years. There seemed to be more runners this year, but congestion wasn’t bad. There are a few bottlenecks and there are areas where you need to keep your wits about you, but it is a pretty good course and it’s nice and flat if you’re chasing a good time. I would like to see changes to the start. It was quite warm this year, so it wasn’t a biggie, but I have run it in cold conditions and we were standing around at the start for what seemed like ages listening to speeches. They are well intentioned, but not helpful. One other thing….might it be possible to get better quality bibs? The current ones work ok, but they are a bit flimsy.

I enjoyed this, but felt that some of the marshalls along the course were bored, and looking at their phones...I had to shout loudly to get their attention on several occasions to verify the route. I was given the wrong medal at the finish, this was shocking....luckily I live lo...
