Proper club-run event. Marshals were outstanding all the way around the course, especially given the foul weather! Extra points for indoor changing facilities and hot food and drink at the finish!

The volunteers on the day often spent many hours standing out in cold, pouring rain but the emphasis was always on caring for the runners and making sure they were safe and happy. These kind of volunteer led events are what running is all about for the majority

This was my 5th and best Bramley. It always kick starts the running year and is such a unique event. The marshals and volunteers are always so friendly and it is such a difference to commercial races. You know you are in good hands with a local well run club.

Always enjoy this event as it’s organised and run by runners, so they know and care about us runners and know what we need! Race HQ had plenty of toilets -including female only ones. A great touch! There were also rooms for changing (very useful with the weather being so awful). ...

Always enjoy this event as it’s organised and run by runners, so they know and care about us runners and know what we need! Race HQ had plenty of toilets -including female only ones. A great touch! There were also rooms for changing (very useful with the weather being so awful). Additions this year included outside caterers. The conditions for running weren’t great due to the rain, but the marshals had it worse, however they were smiling, cheerful and encouraging! Great medal this year too!!

As a volunteer race committee along with volunteers over the weekend it certainly is the volunteers that make the race possible. We are pleased you found the race well organised and enjoyed the countryside - the weather certainly did make it memorable for everyone volunteers and participants alike

This is a really well organised event, with so many people around making it so good. Minor issue was the inevitable queue for car parking due to checking each vehicle and taking money; not sure why that had to be paid for separately. I got very cold walking the mile back to my ca...

This is a really well organised event, with so many people around making it so good. Minor issue was the inevitable queue for car parking due to checking each vehicle and taking money; not sure why that had to be paid for separately. I got very cold walking the mile back to my car but in retrospect I should have changed into dry clothes in the changing room and not just put coat and waterproofs on over the top. Apart from that it was a superb event; recommended.

Thank you for the review - it does seem everyone arrived at the car park at the same time around 9am despite it being open from 8am - likely to do with bad weather!
