I did the 50 mile having previously done a number of shorter Limitless events. As always, great organisation, a lovely small ish field of runners and a really great team. It was strange on the 50 as we got to all the later checkpoints last, but still great selection, volunteers were lovely and salted potatoes at the bottom of Pen Y Fan lovely! We lucked out with the weather and even when my body decided to have a dizzy spell at the finish, the team were awesome looking after me until I was good to drive home, so thank you! And another 2nd female slate for a great event, brilliant!

This was my first organised race and I can't help but think I picked a really good one! I was so impressed by the whole thing what an amazing experience it was. I chose this event as it seemed to be suitable for people new to ultra running and they certainly were - I will definitely be running with Limitless Trails again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent day out on the hills. Also the race photos were fantastic and so easy to find/download my photos. Big thanks to the organisers/support team and see you on the next one 💪

I had an incredible experience at the Beacons to the Blacks 50 mile. It was my first 50 mile race, and the first time I had used a drop bag, so I didn’t know what to expect. The organisers were very helpful and friendly; I felt safe knowing that help was just a phone call away if I needed it. The course was stunning and aid stations were well stocked with all the best running fuel and hydration. Overall it was one of my favourite races, and I hope to come back in the near future!
