Great event that starts and ends at Ewood Park so lots of space and toilets which is a bonus. Course is winding through town so goes past quickly. One water bottle station at half way.

Really well run event, with a decent medal, and loads of goodies at the finish line. Well marshalled and clear instructions ahead of the event.

Very good event. Have done the Wolverhampton 10K at Molineux a couple of times and this was very similarly organised. Start and finish in the football ground works really well in terms of giving runners good access to facilities and parking. Good route around the town. Would have been better if the weather hadn’t been so bad as am sure more people would have turned out on the streets.

Got to stadium about 2 hours early , parking right outside the stadium and steward waiting to direct you.

Already had my race number and chip sent through the post, The stadium was open for runners to gather inside one of the  stands so plenty of toilets also the snack and hot drink bar was available.

The warm up was conducted outside the stadium and a good warm up routine was given, then depending on your expected time , runners queued in order fastest expected at front.  Starts and finishes inside the stadium, the course itself had was out stadium around the town and over think called Wainwright bridge , a lot of inclines but the whole course had plenty of room no narrow places .

At the finish the medal was given as line was crossed , also a goodie bag, flakjack, banana,  crisps,  water , and peanut butter sachet. The bar inside stadium was open after .

Overall an outstanding event and organised at the highest level.
