Well organised event. Great set up, and excellent support from all the Marshalls and organisers. New run route worked well for spectators to see more of the athletes. Not a carbon shoe type of terrain as the majority of the run is on a field so change of footwear for me next year...

Thank you for letting me swap to the Aquabike. Course was advertised as flat, and it was a bit lumpy, but that wasn't really an issue for me. Just heard loads of moans. Well done on a well run event.

Great event and beautiful course. A must-do for any serious athlete! The only problem I noticed was no Marshall on the first left turn. There was only a small arrow indicating this turn. I had previously cycled the course on Friday so shouted to 2 athletes ahead who missed the tu...

Great event and beautiful course. A must-do for any serious athlete! The only problem I noticed was no Marshall on the first left turn. There was only a small arrow indicating this turn. I had previously cycled the course on Friday so shouted to 2 athletes ahead who missed the turn, unfortunately another 2 athletes were out of range and went the wrong way

Great event. Fantastic atmosphere created for a smaller local event, really enjoyed the swim & bike courses! 4 small laps to make up 10k was a tad gruelling on hard uneven grass! Very enjoyable event, well designed layout for parking and transition etc too. Fab finish line with b...

From arriving at the event the volunteers were fantastic; proving necessary direction, and having a laugh and joke. The water was a pleasant 19oC, and although I had a ‘minor’ navigation error (my fault), the swim was excellent. There was plenty of space in the transition area ...

From arriving at the event the volunteers were fantastic; proving necessary direction, and having a laugh and joke. The water was a pleasant 19oC, and although I had a ‘minor’ navigation error (my fault), the swim was excellent. There was plenty of space in the transition area and once out on the bike the race marshals provided excellent direction. I would highly recommend the race, and will be back again!
