This was my first timing running the warwick half marathon and it certainly won't be my last. The whole event was well organised. The race village was in one of the buildings next to the racecourse which was a 5 min walk from the car park. The car park was part of the racecourse which was very handy. Collection of bib numbrs was straightforward as was the bag drop. The race itself was undulating but nothing to bad. There was plenty of support along the way and water in cups at the feed stations. At the finish there was a medal and a half pint of the local brew. All in all a very good race and I will be back next year.

Signed up for this one quite late, but glad I did. Starting & finishing at Warwick Racecourse, it doesn't take in much of the city itself, but instead is mainly run on country roads surrounding the city. It's a tough, undulating route; but a very pretty one with some great views at times. Registration was easy, and a bag drop and other facilities are widely available at race HQ at the racecourse, including loads of toilets. Everything was very well organised, with plenty of marshals en route, and well-managed water stations. As the run was through rural areas, there wasn't much local support, but what there was was enthusiastic. Good medal at the end, but no goodie bag or t-shirt, which is the only thing I'd improve. All in all, a good, enjoyable event.
