First time doing the Bedford 20 and I really enjoyed this one. It was the perfect marathon training run for me - a brilliant festival atmosphere at race HQ to practice controlling the nerves, a nice course (the trail section we did twice was a bit challenging, but that was good for my training), and great support/marshals. It was a warm day so there were a few people in difficulty out on the course, but fortunately for me I managed OK and made the most of the ample water stations. Thanks ATW - I’ll be back!

I ran the twilight 10km and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the support throughout the course from the volunteers and Marshalls was great. Coming into the finish was especially lovely with all the cheering so thank you. I personally don't like running on the grass section but...

Coming into the finish was especially lovely with all the cheering so thank you. I personally don't like running on the grass section but it is what it is. My only thing would be to ask if there can be Podium Medals for all the different AG winners instead of just first 3 home. Thanks again ATW hopefully see you next year

Great event and well organised. What could be better - food stalls. There was a serious lack of choice this year, and the chosen ones were extortionate prices for minimum food. I actually gave back my Gourmet Chicken Burger through of lack of chicken. There wasn't evening a breast of chicken in the burger and the stall had the audacity to charge £9.00 for it. I obtained refund. Vet the stalls before you entertain them.

The event was well run, the marshalls and support around the course good. There are some tight corners and narrow sections and a number of bridge crossings that are annoyingly up and down, especially at the end!

My 5th time doing this event. As always was well organised. Easy to pick up race numbers and toilets were very clean. Good course and nice medal at the end. My one minor gripe was the first couple of hundred yards or so was very narrow, more so than previous years, and the main problem was a fair few runners had ignored the race announcer plea to enter the waves in your predicted finish time. Some much slower runners and even walkers were near the front which caused quite a bottleneck in the 1 hour wave we were in. Not sure why they had such a narrow start, as the actual road is much wider at that point. Other than that, we really enjoyed the 10 race as always.

I absolutely loved the event & this is the second year completing. Thoroughly enjoyed myself however my one issue was that I asked at the water station for 2 cups of water as I was struggling with the heat and one of the volunteers physically turned away from me with the cup of water in hand to stop me getting a second (however a different volunteer gave me another cup luckily)

The event was good; well organised and a great, friendly atmosphere. However, it was a very hot day and there were not enough water stops and very little water in the cups that were handed out. I passed three runners who had collapsed. They all appeared to be unconscious. Whilst there were spectators with them, I only saw one who had been reached by the medical team. Other runners from my club saw other people in need of medical attention.
