it was good to race the same event to see the improvement made but there was a lot of congestion at the rowers and the spin studio was incredibly hot (I assume the air con was not working?). Some of the support staff were unclear about when timings started when they had offered...

it was good to race the same event to see the improvement made but there was a lot of congestion at the rowers and the spin studio was incredibly hot (I assume the air con was not working?). Some of the support staff were unclear about when timings started when they had offered the chance for a warm up. Plastic water bottles at the finish again.

I was very unsure and nervous coming into this event as was competing alone and felt more alone than usual because it was a completely new entity to me. Everyone approached me before I needed to ask for help to guide me through the process. Everyone was also very supportive in getting us over the finish line and was bubbly and engaging. Thanks for a great event. This is my second event for ATW in 2 months and both have been great 👍

Overall I think it was a great event and really well run. Areas for improvement would be the finishbline being more accessible for supporters. And although the volunteers were amazing throughout, some didn't know how to use some machines or the process. For example inwas told I h...

Overall I think it was a great event and really well run. Areas for improvement would be the finishbline being more accessible for supporters. And although the volunteers were amazing throughout, some didn't know how to use some machines or the process. For example inwas told I had to start the rower at a certain level and screen display, but next person was able to start with the level and screen display they wanted.
