It’s sometimes said that good things come in small packages – and that’s certainly true of the Burnley 10K. Attracting around 2,000 entrants, it’s not the biggest event on the Run For All calendar but it can lay claim to be one of the friendliest. You can look forward to a warm welcome and fantastic encouragement from the supportive crowds that turn out for one of the region’s favourite 10Ks. Starting and finishing in Towneley Park, you’ll soon fall in love with this course’s gloriously green feel featuring plenty of pretty parkland.

Really well organised event, lovely course through Burnley, although undulating!
I paced the sub 55 minute group and loved it. The course has changed this year with a different position for the start and the removal of the old tip loop which has been replaced by a lap of Turf Moor which is an excellent change. Full review on my blog Blog Review...Read full review
