2nd time for me to run Swansea 10k and the crowds were better this year. It’s a mostly flat course with 1 or 2 short inclines. Water station at 5k but could with 250ml bottles rather than 500mls as lots wasted. Lovely run with sea views.

Flattish road 10k along the beautiful Mumbles coast. Slight incline in places but very short ones.

Normally we would have a water station at 5k but due to COVID this wasn’t the case, it was missed a little today, but can’t be helped.

Brilliant support all along the course, parking was easy as was getting out at the end.

Good return for a fabulous 10k - I will return.

Great course to get yourself a PB as it is flat and this is where I achieved my 10k PB! Its great for family and friends to come and spectate and there is always great local support on the course, with a great t-shirt ad medal to finish the race off!
