I love this event but the only thing I would say this year was parking advice. This is the first time you have moved the bib collection to Romsey Rapids but parking at the Rapids was awful. The advice was that there was plenty of parking so I decided I would give it a go even though I usually park at Waitrose. I approached the entrance and there was someone that looked like a marshal on the corner and they weren't turning people away so I assumed it was all good. It wasn't. Then I couldn't get out and so it took ages to get round and out and then try and find somewhere else to park and get back to collect my bib. I think it's probably better to discourage people from parking at the Rapids or at least to marshal it better so that people are signposted elsewhere when it's full. Sorry, otherwise it was fabulous as usual! :)

The cost is quite high for what is involved. The date clashed with a CC6 event so quite a few runners in my club were there instead. The start and finish are quite far apart, so if I leave a warm top near the start it is a trek to retrieve it at the end. It can be cold t the en...

Hi, we did have age group prizes. We set our date before the CC6 was released. The start is where you exit the venue so you are able to collect your top when you leave. The banana order is always so difficult, I either end up with boxes left over or run out at the end.

Absolutely love this event each year. Everyone is so friendly and supportive throughout. I didn't see any mile or Km markers on course, which i've seen in previous years, so not quite sure why they weren't there this year, unless i am completely imagining them which again is possible. They really help me to keep going when i am struggling, although this didn't make a massive difference. The medal was quite similar to one a couple of years ago, but it was still quite cool. Would i recommend this event to others.... I most definitely would!! Looking forward to doing it again in 2027 already. Thanks to everyone that was involved with putting on a wonderful event.

A very enjoyable morning trotting around the Broadlands estate. A well-organised event, easy to park and get to. The three lap format meant people watching could easily see friends they were supporting a few times. The previous loud PA system was no longer being used so it was pleasantly quieter. A nicely designed medal, though while I generally don't tick the box for a t-shirt asking £18 on top of a £30+ entry fee seems pretty steep.
