I really loved the club to pub event. It was very well organised with lots of friendly organisers and volunteers supporting us all and cheering us on. The course was lovely and the atmosphere at the end was incredible. I love my medal and have already signed up to the 2025 event....

This is a great event and quickly becoming my favourite local swim. It is an interesting course along the beautiful River Thames in Henley, upstream of the regatta course and bridge. Whilst it isn’t the longest swim, you need to think about how to swim it, the first part is in to...

This is a great event and quickly becoming my favourite local swim. It is an interesting course along the beautiful River Thames in Henley, upstream of the regatta course and bridge. Whilst it isn’t the longest swim, you need to think about how to swim it, the first part is in to the stream and the second is with the stream, so whilst the second part it longer it feels like less effort! You finish on the pub’s river access and get handed a bottle of beer and a finisher’s medal with a bottle opener built in! Great stuff.

I have raced in this event around 10 times and it never fails to deliver. Great organisation through every aspect of the evening. The best bit however is the great sense of community before and after. My wife brings my kids down to walk along the tow path to cheer me on, but I suspect they are just there for the burger at the pub afterwards. I’ll be there again next year.

Really enjoyed the Club to Pub race. Very well organised, everything was explained very clearly on race day. I was a slightly nervous competitor and the organisers and volunteers were all so helpful and encouraging. Lovely medal at the end. I will be back!

This was my first ever swimming event and I couldn't have asked for it to go better. All the information was really clear, I felt safe, and everyone was super friendly. Beer on the finish was a mega plus. Beautiful day, would highly recommend.

My first time swimming Club to Pub. It was a lovely fun event. A great atmosphere at the start and finish. Love the medal that doubled up as a bottle opener! Facilities all around were great, Great local parking. As it was my first time, I would have liked a few more buoys marking the route. On a few occasions (when swimming alone) I wasnt sure where I was going or how far ahead the course ran. Loved the upstream swim, although that was harder than I expected. Overall a great, fun event that I would swim again. Thank you!
