Great atmosphere and all very friendly. The junior mile before hand was inspiring. This was my last year in the 70-74 category so I was very gratified to come first and in a faster time than last year (by 2 seconds!). Next year I will be in the 75-80 category but will be trying to knock another couple of seconds off my time. 'Get older get faster' is my motto! Well done to Worthing 10k organisers and to all competitors. Chris Terrill

My first ever organised 10k, I’m a solitary runner but this year joined my son and Grandchildren who we chaperoned around the mini mile where there was such a friendly and easy going atmosphere. The 10k was the same lots of encouragement from volunteers and spectators. During the whole morning I never saw a cross or unhappy face. Many thanks to the organisers, volunteers and fellow competitors. Hope to join in again next year.

Love the Worthing 10k. It’s well organised, easy to get to and parking is a doddle in Worthing on a Sunday. The course marshals were brilliant and the whole atmosphere was happy and cheerful. Thank you all. 👏🏻
