Great first race! Well organised. Can I suggest, maybe at the start of the race along the flat road, the traffic could be controlled, so the runners can concentrate on their pace and not hearing people shout out car.

Great event! Lovely location, great atmosphere and plenty of food and drink at the end. Marshalls were great and route was well marked. The organisers could do with a megaphone for the start and prize giving but tiny improvements for a really special race!

I have done this race several times now and always enjoy it. There is plenty of information available in advance, the course is well -publicised and signposted (although "flat" is a bit of a laugh!) and there were plenty of helpful marshalls. There is plenty of safe parking. ...

I have done this race several times now and always enjoy it. There is plenty of information available in advance, the course is well -publicised and signposted (although "flat" is a bit of a laugh!) and there were plenty of helpful marshalls. There is plenty of safe parking. The location is great; it is so good to be able to have the lovely green to gather and warm up before the race and to meet other runners and warm down afterwards. There is always such a lovely, family atmosphere. It is very helpful to have the "Race Waves" signed and plenty of space leading up to the start to help ensure that the fastest runners can get a good start and the slower/more timid ones are reassured that they are not in anyone's way. The portaloos were well-situated and clean. I am perfectly happy not to have a medal just for finishing!

The event was really well organised and the support was great. I was really disappointed to not be provided a medal at the end, I appreciate the cost of these things but would have been very appreciated. Concerning the environmental impact of the event, I was really disappointed ...

Concerning the environmental impact of the event, I was really disappointed to be given a plastic water cup at the refreshment station, please change to paper cones!

Frampton is a great, friendly, local race. Very relaxed and well organised. My only real complaint is the position of the water station at 7 k - I would prefer it to be half way.
