The energy and vibes of this race are 10/10, from the pre-race activities to the post race food and finish line vibes. The swim was absolutely GORGEOUS, and I really liked the 2 lap format with us exiting and re-entering the water. The bike was gorgeous as well with very diverse landscapes, but less 180 turns would've been more ideal for helping you stay in a groove. Also, I was toward the back of the bike group and the aid stations ran out of electrolytes, which definitely affected my race nutrition strategy. It does also seem like this course could be extended and reduced to 1 lap instead of 2. The run was my least favorite part of the race unfortunately. 4 laps of a course with multiple 180 turns made it SO repetitive. Also, having us run directly past the finish line each lap was just cruel :D. But all-in-all, this was a really fun race, very well run and in an absolutely stunning location. I'd definitely recommend it!

+ El trato con la organización y voluntarios perfecto. Muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a resolver las dudas. - Las carpas de transición son muy pequeñas y está todo demasiado masificado en la T1, por lo que es un poco caótico por el poco espacio que hay. En mi opinión el tema de las bolsas de transición no es necesario es un triatlón de media distancia. Se puede hacer una zona de boxes un poco más grande para que haya u más de espacio entre bicicletas y así, poner una cesta con las cosas que vayas o las que hayas utilizado dentro, todo al lado de tu bici. Si eso poner un par de carpas pequeñas para las personas que se quieran cambiar, pero la verdad, en un medio se cambian de ropa muy pocos triatletas. - El circuito de bici es mejorable, asfalto de las carreteras en muy mal estado, lleno de bidones y otros objetos que a los triatletas se les caían. Demasiados giros de 180º, por lo que así es imposible mantener un ritmo. + Avituallamientos del circuito a pie correctos (tampoco es muy difícil para una media distancia y con un recorrido a dos vueltas) - En la carrera a pie, más de los mismo: circuito con demasiados giros de 180º, subiditas, bajaditas, pequeñas trampas para salir de la zona de transición...Imposible hacer una carrera así, no coges nunca un ritmo constante. Si hace un día un poco caluroso, faltan avituallamientos de agua en el circuito. +El avituallamiento post meta bastante bien. En general, no se como son los triatlones en Europa (sobre todo en Alemania, por la cantidad de participante de este país lo digo), pero aquí en España hay muchos triatlones de media o larga distancia que son mucho mejores que éste y sin tener tanta 'marca'. Decepcionado porque se paga un buen dinero por la inscripción y la prueba no está a la altura debido a sus características técnicas, por lo que no acabo de entender que la mayoría de opiniones aquí sobre esta prueba sean tan positivas.

Ein absolut fantastisches Rennen! Wir sind jedes Jahr begeistert dabei! Die Stimmung ist großartig, die Helfer sind einfach spitze, und der Standort ist ein Traum. Alles ist perfekt organisiert, super familienfreundlich und rund um das Event gibt es so viel zu erleben. Für uns eines der schönsten Rennen überhaupt – einfach top!

The race was fantastic overall, but there were a few issues with the transition areas. Firstly, the transition tent was too small, which caused significant congestion when athletes were trying to collect their bags. Secondly, the bike transition included a large, steep ramp that made it quite challenging to move bikes up and down safely. Additionally, more aid stations, or at least sprinklers, would have been helpful on the run course, particularly along the section that ran on the beach.

On the whole a great race and somewhere I will definitely go back to but 3 minor feedback points. 1) the swim buoys were different to the pack 2) the T1 change tent was carnage 3) I picked up a bottle at a feedstation to find it only had an inch of liquid in it.m so not enough to get to the next station Oh and thanks to the athlete that robbed an event bottle from my bike
