Loved the kingfisher challenge! I've not been to Coombe Abbey before, but what a beautiful place to run. It was great being able to meander around the woods, lakes and meadows without worrying about getting lost or being too far away from food, drink and toilets. I've had a bit of a break from running so this was the perfect first official event back. No pressure to run any particular distance, plenty of space and time. Will definitely be signing up to more big bear events!
