2 things. I don’t feel it’s fair that the 12k medal was so small. Secondly, the 12k participants should have their own designated parking area since it started much later.

The organization needs to improve their communication and problem solving skills. The organization needs to communicate better with the staff of the designated parking areas for the race, including alternative options in the case the areas get full or blocked off. The organization did not communicate with the staff of what areas were not permitted to park as they had a lot of runners for the 8:30 race park in an undesignated area that they had no permission whatsoever, leading to all of the cars being towed. Additionally, the organization is not taking accountability or action of any of this as they are not addressing the issue. Multiple news outlets and organizations are reporting this and a lot of comments are tagging the organization and explaining their experience. However, the organization is blocking and limiting all of the comments that address the issue.

This event was poorly coordinated, parked where we were directed by the event staff and got towed as well as plenty of other people racing. The shuttles were also a nightmare to deal with .

Good: -Excellent communication before and during the run -love the shirt and medal! -cones on the street to separate car traffic from runners Could be improved: -some of the mileage markers were incorrect. I think a there were at least two that were off… (for example I believe my watch said I was at mile 11 but the sign on the road said I was at mile 10) -promote wearing costumes especially if it’s close to Halloween! -still not sure if/how I can purchase pictures from the race -have a designated pick up area for Uber/Lyft drivers

I had lost my bib right before the race, I was sad at the moment. I wasn’t timed throughout the course. I continued to do the race anyway. Luckily I had Strava & got to see my time on there. It was an Amazing course, the support, & everything was top-notch. Can’t wait to race aga...

I have enjoyed everything from the beginning to the end. It was a great race and everything seems well organized by the race directors. I just hope that next year they have more sponsors that sell clothes and visors.
