it was very difficult to get any information about the bikeparcours and runningparcours up front. I had to find it on my own, arrows and indications which direccion to go were not clear and not correctly placed. Also few people of the crew were informed and could not answer the questions, some of them did not speak english at all, only spanish. There was also a misunderstanding about the mechanical service, they sent me back while the communication said start from 11 o'clock. Also the jury on the motocycle was really not reasonable, if you ride the same pace with some other people, you have to pass eachother and can not be avoid. I understand that the drafting has to be punished but this was really over the top. At a certain moment I saw 4 people at the same time in the penalybox and it was not about contestants for the podium! Maybe I expect to much, I am used to the Ironman-organisations (already did 5 ironmans), that is really something else! Succes with your further organisations, kind regards, Krista

Everything was excellent, apart from the maps in the athlete guide/pre-event communications. I found them incredibly hard to read, orient and transpose on to an actual street map or Google/Apple map. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The course, the support, the swag - best race swag I've received in over a decade of mass participation events. The aid stations frequency, stock and volunteers, all well trained, vocal and clear.

I think a couple more aid stations on the run would be handy. I felt that the turn around point when coming off the bike was dangerous and if I hadn’t stopped I would have been taken out by the boys who where not slowing down to go back to transition. Maybe a feed lane for the turn around to keep the two route separate would be better. Otherwise I loved it. Thought all the staff were amazing . I’ll be back!
