An amazing event, really nicely run, had a great time. The medals were amazing, so great to be engraved on the back. Impressive communications, very quick responses to questions and adapting to needs. Thank you for a great event. How you tagged the youtube videos to each rider's split was incredible and really kinda cool. - Thank you for this. The photo were also incredible and so fast at being shared, really great to have access to these and for them to be free - again thank you. Only thing that I would love for next year please is a water fountain to be able to fill up water bottles, there were cups of water available, which I am very grateful for. But a nice easy accessible water fountain, like a barrel of water, would be perfect if there are none on site, or being allowed to use the canteen to fill water bottles would have been wonderful. This is why facilities was only a 4 for me. Especially as the canteen was quite expensive - £2 for a can of coke felt quite a lot. The only congestion experienced was there was a slight technical delay at our start, so we were held, but this did mean we got timings, which we appreciated, but it was so cold (!) on the start waiting for it, so again this is why it is a 4 for me. The other congestion was waiting for the mixed 4up I think we should have all been encouraged to take jackets with us, as I don't think the riders fully appreciated how cold it was or would be whilst waiting for the riders to tag in the relay, until we all felt it by which time we were all too cold!

A vibrant event with helpful staff which we will certainly return to In the pre admin I hadn't written the team riders in the list so did not appear on the start sheet. The team were very helpful in making sure we had our allotted time. Warm up area was very small & didn't allow for any effort to be put in pre TT. Onsite coffee was poor & expensive.
