I've participated in multiple sprint triathlons over the last 10 years and this is a very well organized and operated event. One of the best. All parts of the course are laid out well and easy to navigate. Plenty of volunteers providing support. Great experience.

This was my 10-year-old son‘s first time with the live red foundation, and we loved everything about it. My son did the kids splash and dash and he absolutely had a blast and now wants to do a beginners many triathlon, including all three sections. Probably the only thing that was a little hectic was the parking not so much the actual parking, but it was a very in heavily mudded area with thick hay like grass. It wasn’t easy to walk in and my vehicle was full of mud, but other than that, the actual event was amazing and well organized. And will be doing many more and returning next year.

Thanks so much for the review and for participating! Yes, the parking was a bit muddy with the rain previously - sorry about that. Thrilled that you had a great time. Hope to see you at the Robious Landing Triathlon which has a great youth race.

I loved the whole event! The only additional thing i'd like to see, would be some cold water immediately at the finish line instead of walking through the spectators and getting it from the tents.

A terrific race for ALL levels! Thank you to ALL of the volunteers and especially LiveRed Coach Michelle and Endorphin athlete Austin who went out of their way to help the littlest of athletes accomplish their biggest goals. A great and fulfilling morning at RVASprint!

As a novice this was a great experience for a first timer. I learned so much and everyone prioritized the comfort of us first timers. My only real disappointment was that I trained all year for this, coming off of an injury so doing this was a HUGE deal. I just wish there was more swag as an option. Stickers. Magnets. Etc… something I could easily bring home to brag. Haha Thank again for everything! See you next year!

As usual, Live Red produced a fun, well organized and meaningful event. The race, Director and volunteers were so affirming. It was a beautiful rural course and a pleasant pool swim. Best of all it helps children in low opportunity neighborhoods in Richmond. I recommend this even...
