Brilliant Event! Great Course without having to worry about Traffic. Commentator did a great Job. Just wonder if you could hold relay team events at this location? Or maybe something crazy like a 24 hour event? Me and my friends did red bull time laps 25 hour cycling event...
Brilliant Event! Great Course without having to worry about Traffic. Commentator did a great Job. Just wonder if you could hold relay team events at this location? Or maybe something crazy like a 24 hour event? Me and my friends did red bull time laps 25 hour cycling event a couple of times and I think this location would be perfect for something like that.

Well organised event with professional and supportive staff. Clear and concise briefing at start of race. Bike course good but a little congestive around turns at end of each lap . You need a strategy to make sure you count the 7 laps correctly. Water was available but a secon...
Well organised event with professional and supportive staff. Clear and concise briefing at start of race. Bike course good but a little congestive around turns at end of each lap . You need a strategy to make sure you count the 7 laps correctly. Water was available but a second station on the turn of the lap would have been beneficial. A clear link to the start lists would be useful. Great to have flushing toilets and changing facilities with showers. A costal near to the start and finish would have been good. The toilet facilities for campers was very poor. Only one toilet was open(disabled) which was not flushing properly and eventually became blocked and not suitable for use. It would be beneficial to have all toilets available. The hard ground by the camping field had a number of steel wires protruding- one lady tripper and had to go to A&E. Would I enter a race here again - yes lots of positives.

Friendly well organised event. All went smoothly. The water looked yucky but was nice to swim in. Course was well layed out, timing was accurate. Finishers medal, results and podium all good.
