Bit over-fussy with all the guidance about water, hydration, suncream etc, but appreciate that this is probably required by insurers

This was yet another outstanding event put on by UKCE. I just can't think of anyways that it could have been improved. Everything ran so smoothly, as always. The addition of extra water stations was extremely welcome and communicating this in advance of the ride helped me to plan my intake. I suffer with the heat and I had no issues at all as a result of the excellent adaptations that were made. Just such a lovely friendly, well organised and fun event. Thank you UKCE for all the hard work that goes into these events.
