1st time doing a team Tri so may be a bit naive but thought it would be good to have a "dump" area for things near the hand over area. I had to be bare foot once I left the transition area and I was third out. We had to carry and hold coats, etc for each other as it wasn't that warm. If the weather had been worse, it would have been even worse. All our bits were in the transition area and once the race started, we couldn't access anything (understandable), so a drop section near the hand over would be good. Still loved it. 😁

Actually that's a great idea Russ which we'll implement. We've been lucky to have good weather for previous events. We're also going to have music at the handover area to ramp up the atmosphere a bit.
