Great race and I will definitely start doing it every year! Organizers are very helpful and passionate. That said, here ate some notes to the organizers: - better organized bib collection, my number was given to another athlete - better course markers. many half distance cyclists myself included missed the middle distance turn - better safety / traffic control at the finish line. Finishing the run and almost being hit by a car was no fun. I’m aware it’s Kotor traffic jam but still.

Swim part and buoy replacement was great, all together start is a question mark though. T1 running was a disaster, blue carpet was all dirty and too long. Running course is another disaster with public all around and extremely crowded. Although young ones were asking permission to splash its still another disaster due to cause of water puddles, street is too narrow to run away around. And tshirts.. that low quality items better not be given. Its not that cheap then other races also.
