Was well organised at start and medals one of the best i have seen. However the course marking and support was the worst I have ever taken part in. I have run with a number event organisers but this was by far the worst. There were no markers and a group of about 16 of us had no idea which way to go and after 40 mins and clearly no where near finish had to use sat Mac to get back to finish. Some runners as short distance were amateurs and struggling and was a real safeguard issue as they had not run the distance left and could have hurt themselves. Eventually we ran an extra 4k on top of supposed run. I saw one marker, one Marshall and no drinking tables. May have been a one off but not a great showing. Jhian.
