Hi, The water station could have done with two more helpers. It should not be necessary to queue mid race. The use of headphones by a small number of people was irritating and caused some minor, luckily not serious incidents. Most of us can read the instructions and understand. This time there was an "entitled" individual who with can headphones clearly knew what she was doing. To other runners very obviously wearing headphones most of the time, and oblivious of shouts and warnings, but taking them off as she approached a marshal. Of course hard to know what to do. Marshals need to be conspicuous. Maybe occasionally someone unmarked with a camera and mobile phone? The run on the right for part of the course was counter intuitive. Regular runners over the years have it hammered into them to run on the left and particularly if you are a slower runner, or have become a slower runner during the race, to keep over on the left to give space for people to overtake on the right. Enjoyed the music at the finish. Thanks everyone.

The summer 10k looked to be the rainy 10k. However, the team did a great job of keeping us all dry pre-event and the bag drop was moved inside, which meant our bags were nice and dry after. The parking was well organised, a reasonable price and within walking distance. The singer...

The summer 10k looked to be the rainy 10k. However, the team did a great job of keeping us all dry pre-event and the bag drop was moved inside, which meant our bags were nice and dry after. The parking was well organised, a reasonable price and within walking distance. The singer was a nice touch too. The event was great as always, well marshalled, organised and a beautiful medal. See you next year!

Fantastic event. ATW always provide great events. Nobody can control the weather! Nothing negative except the parking was further away than expected but great goody bag - gorgeous medal loved it

Great organisation but a poor route that was way too narrow for the amount of runners. Spent most of the first two miles trying not to get tripped or trip someone else and dodging oncoming cyclists, then the route turned away from the disused railway line to effectively run along...

Great organisation but a poor route that was way too narrow for the amount of runners. Spent most of the first two miles trying not to get tripped or trip someone else and dodging oncoming cyclists, then the route turned away from the disused railway line to effectively run alongside a busy duel carriageway. Once back onto the railway line the runners had spread out sisgnificantly to enjoy the last 4 km. Despite the best efforts of the organisers I won’t be back to run this route (which might free up a little space for everyone else!)
