Beautiful utterly perfect situation and conditions… liked that all the stalls coffee registration etc was back from the beach by the park …very organised and very relaxed … maybe as the loud speaker was away @ the beach … that definitely helped

3rd time I've done this and each time notice improvements to what is already a very well run event. This time staggering the swim starts made the swim far less frantic at the start.

The whole atmosphere was amazing; from the second I arrived to get my swim chip, bag drop, stewards helping along the way, and the race brief - it was all amazing. No faults at all .

I only registered and got my times from the start/finish area.I never tracked down a baggage label, or what i imagined a baggage lable would be, but i didn't uae bag drop in the end anyway.I got a medal but was alittle disappointed that it had no distance on it. The swim course,pre-brief etc were very good and i felt totally safe with the life guards. I thoroughly enjoyed the challange and look forward to doing it again next year.
