The event is superbly organised and a fun, festival atmosphere when you take the opportunity camp with friends. We ran as a relay team so were very relaxed about timings, and the start area is set up in a way that makes it easy to 'tag' with your running buddies. There is plenty ...

The event is superbly organised and a fun, festival atmosphere when you take the opportunity camp with friends. We ran as a relay team so were very relaxed about timings, and the start area is set up in a way that makes it easy to 'tag' with your running buddies. There is plenty of food and drink that can be purchased, at the usual type of prices, and the camping set up was easy to navigate, with showers to use near the start/finish area and toilets that were very regularly cleaned and refreshed (no nasty experiences at all!)

Entered as solo again! Volunteered at last year’s event so had half price entry for this year. Straight in, parked up in solo area and tent pitched. In the event village - Food, nice and decently priced, drink over priced! Didn’t look at other stalls so can’t comment. Race was well organised again, and had no issues. Toilets near event village were great and ……the showers! well, lovely! Hot and clean and with curtains so your clothes don’t get wet! Always feels abit of an anticlimax at the end of the 24 hours. Everyone just seems to finish them pack up and go. Very enjoyed the weekend of running!

I had a goal. Few people new what it was. But it was there and I think for the commentator it became very apparent very early on. He was brilliant. I actually felt overwhelmed by the support I received from every single official and person out there. It was the best year so far as far as I am concerned. The vibe was out of this world. The merch was top quality! I didn't mind the price when you got what you got. It was epic. I may have won the ladies with a new CR so maybe I'm biased but the number of people I've spoken to who said the same thing is a true credit to the organisation and effort that goes into this event. I am so proud of everyone. Not just the runners but the officials and caterers and crews who put in the same effort to pull this off. I certainly wouldn't have had a race like this without you. The photo I shared was at 23 laps so for me to be smiling like that just sums it up!

A brilliantly organised and fun event. Friendly staff and volunteers and all round generally great crowd of participants and supporters. Good variety of reasonably priced food options - some open all night. Free tshirt was nice upgrade from previous years. Massage team were a god send and never had big queues! Camp showers surprisingly hot and powerful. All in all a top experience.

Really excellent event with a standout being the on course marshalling and entertainment, plus the eco friendly nature of no plastic bottles etc. Also the toilets were really well maintained and stocked which makes a massive difference. Oh and the bar and music were great, although could have done with a few more bar staff. On the downside the amount of showers were sorely inadequate. About 15 showers for 3,000 people doesn’t work - I queued for an hour and then gave up. Also the campervan/camping area wasn’t patrolled or marshalled on setup and it lead to a free for all and a few arguments. We will be back next year though for more!

Got drafted in last minute as someone dropped out injured. I only did 3 laps but it was the best 3 laps of anything that I’ve ever done. Such a great event. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back next year to do more.
