Had a lovely day participating in the Thames Trot. Lovely course along the Thames with beautiful autumnal views. However, a knee injury curtailed my race early. Will be back to run this event again in the future. Love this event. Thanks Go Beyond .

Great set up alot more provided at the aid stations than I was expecting. Start hotel did have limited parking, but a very nice place to get ready.

Aid stations, support staff and logistics were fantastic. Nice medal but unfortunately nothing else handed to you at the finish line. Overall really beautiful race route, very we’ll organised from registration to finish.

Thanks Rob, hopefully you picked up your custom buff at registration, and enjoyed some hot soup and a roll at the finish as well as access to showers and toilets and space to chill out. Glad you enjoyed the day and hopefully see you again soon
