Let’s face it, compared to other industries, Mass Participation is not exactly in the forefront of technology innovation, and when it happens it tends to focus on the booking & registration side of things.

Review and feedback management, in particular, has been a manual and arduous process for time & resource starved race directors and organisers for years.
