← Manchester Half Marathon
The last time I raced at the same organisers events was in the 2016 marathon and that race turned into a shambles after the finish due to the poor bag drop area before and after, but I'll say this for the organisers and they listened to people and have turned it around. The whole event was very well organised indeed, well signposted getting there, lots of updates via email just everything that you would need to put your mind at ease.
The pacer who was cashed Angelique, who paced the 1:50 run was fantastic, she kept to pace and have everybody updates the whole way around.
The medal was awesome a nice size and a great design, the free beer went down well as well. My only negative and this is because I'm 6'4" is that the t-shirt didn't fit.
Other than that it's a well organised and a very slick event with great support.
