My first half marathon nd i had trained as best I could but totally unaware of anything...
An awesome event which was very busy..
Spent way too long trying to get past slower runners
Mile 11 Is quite brutal with a long upward incline otherwise known as a hill..
Support amazing and free sweets readily available
Overpriced and basic medal although this was the first year a tech t shirt was given out so a bonus there..
Did manage to get a shout out on local radio as was my birthday too!
