← Kingston 10 Mile

The Inaugural RBK 10 miler a great race with lots of local Clubs and friendly atmosphere, not too busy. A great Start/Finish  in Kingston Market Square under the eyes of a Golden Statue of Her Majesty Queen Vic! A bit of a wiggly start through the Town Centre taking you under the Bridges out of Town and back into Town over Kingston Bridge to Tow Path along side the River Thames towards Hampton Court Palace. It's flat flat flat! Great for PBs and the route is scenic if your slow enough to notice! Course comes back towards the Finish on pavements, I'm guessing until the numbers get higher no point closing roads. The Finish was lively with a comical chap on the microphone!  and everyone buzzing in the Square. A great medal. Really organised & very well Marshelled! Great value for a local race with lots of parking and Shopping after!  ;)
