After having lived and raced in Asia for over 4 years, I must say this event is one of the best I've taken part in. The organisation was immaculate from start to finish, the community extremely friendly and welcoming, the course and race venue stunning, quality of roads in perfect condition and in lovely autumn temperatures. Definitely a PB course which I would highly recommend.
The only downside is getting to the venue itself as it's quite far from most major airports. I drove down (English GPS necessary so make sure you reserve one) and that took 4hrs or so which was not too bad but worth taking into account. If possible fly into Busan airport as I believe the drive from there is much shorter.
