← York 10K
Easily the best 10k in the UK, I've done quite a lot over the years. Maybe it's home town bias? Nah, its just brilliant.
Anyone that has done a run for all event, you know how good they are. Well organised and well run, good medala/Tshirt, can be a bit pricey for 10k's but you can get good season ticket deals, covering a variety of runs.
York is a fab route, starting by the Racecourse, through the beautiful streets of York, past the Iconic York Minster, down past the River Ouse, it is a beautiful route. Flat too, so very good PB potential.
Well supported, good crowds, I've done it for 5 consecutive years now.
HIghly Recommend to anyone. Great 10k for all abilities.
