← New Forest Marathon
Very well organised, the marshals were amazing, and the course was beautiful. I went with a group of friends and camped across the road from the Start/Finish. The weather wasn't great, but the rain held off for most of us during the race. There was great support at the Finish and lots of food and music around. I love the medal, it's a very cool design.
The course is pretty flat, it meanders through the forest on a mix of gravel and road and I was running with people the whole time (at one point I was also running with horses, but that's another story). The Finish area would have been great fun to hang out in if the rain and wind hadn't started to come in sideways, but we had a great time anyway. I'd recommend it, and I'd love to come back next year.
