← Market Drayton 10K
Loved Mare Drayton 10k, on my first time in the event.
Plenty of buses to take you from the parking area, to the start (although I walked). Very well organised with plenty to do for the kids and families who came with the runners.
It was a hit day so the local residents spraying us with their garden hose pipes was much welcome!
One the best atmospheres I have experienced with plenty of support around the course.
The hill at about 8k is not as bad as people make out, although I knew it was coming.
Goody bag is amazing.
My only slight criticism would be the start was a bit messy. The pacers were hard to find as I think people were initially confused as to where the start would be. It meant picking through the runners in the first part of the race. Didn't affect me too much as managed a PB
