Enjoyed this one, ran for the first time last year - again super organisation, small field so really friendly and informal.
Awesome medal at the end, and fab end of race flapjacks, brownies and bananas, oh and water !
The route is a really nice woodland run, with some tough sandy hills up to St Martha's church, out beyond to Newlands corner and then back.
