A good 10k trail race around Sherwood Forest. The course is on paths and trails which were muddy in places and you had to be careful for tree roots and other natural obstacles. The route had a couple of sharp hills but was not too testing.
Marshalls were supportive and friendly.
Finishers received a decent technical T shirt.
My only complaint was the narrow trails and course congestion especially at the start which meant I was stuck behind very slow runners and walkers (I'm not fast myself), and I found it frustrating being unable to pass people or having to pass by running through thick undergrowth.
