Race starts at 11am, the 10 mile race started about 5/6 minutes after the 10k and starts with a lap of the field before moving out onto the roads. Scenery is OK, with some local support. It's a low key event, but feels like a family friendly race, as they have a childrens run before the 10k starts.
Organisation was good, with a nice medal.
The combination of the heat and the hills made it a tough race, so not the best for a PB attempt!
