Absolutely thrilled about this race. Organizers did a good job setting up this race. There was a fantastic motivational speech from C. Garefis and a nice Pasta party the day before the race and also a surprise pasta party just before the medals ceremony. 

On the race now.  Three X-Large buoys made easy our navigation on swim and there were lifeguards on boats surveing closely.

Roads were closed but small safety issues were inevitably as a few cars where already parked in the bike leg and their drivers decided to move them, luckily with no incidents.

It was a very hot day and an extra aid station on the end of running course would be so appreciated!!!

I participated in the Sprint distance race.
