this was a bit of a one off in March for the IAAF World Champs but the route used is the same as the regular Half that takes place in the October
this was an amazingly well organised day with lots of red carpet rolled out for elites & the BBC
i'm in october its scaled back abbot but the race equally as good Cardiff is an interesting city to run round.
