Wow what a race, chose this as a step up challenge after doing a couch to 5k. To be honest I made the rookie mistake of not reading reviews or studying the route. But overcame the hills because the marshal support was superb, the scenery wonderful, beautiful fresh autumn day. And I didn't know about the hill around the next corner, ha. But what goes up, goes down and the final mile is wonderful!
