← Thames Valley Spring Duathlon
Dorney is a great location for a fast event. Having raced several times here I know how flat it is and am also aware of the dreaded Dorney Wind.
The day was OK, some light rain but little wind which led to a fast duathlon. Being flat its also easy to race hard.
I took the fastest transition 1 of the day in 17 seconds so was well worth arriving early and getting racked in a good spot.
Raced with a group of others the support was great for us and even had a trophy winner in the group.
Sadly no trophy for fastest T1 - maybe one day!
