We ran this as part of our liverpool weekend away, in which we ran the 5k on the saturday and then the half on the Sunday.
The Rock n Roll series has races all over the world now and are renowned for having some amazing medals and medal upgrades. So by running the 5k and half we ended up with a free remix medal taking our medal haul to 3 for the weekend...... so if you love your medals the Rock n Roll series of races are a must do.
The half marathon course is pretty flat but with 1 sizable hill, but still a route that my fiancee Pb'd in.
