No ice, just mud! Lots of mud.
Brilliant race. Superbly tough.
Easy registration and brief. Then 1.5 miles of flat muddy running 2 miles of ridiculous hills then back in the mud. Not a PB course.
Every runner smiled every runner cheered in other runners. Marshals were epic. The pork pies were just brilliant. Then beer and a medal.
