← Bedford Harriers Half Marathon
This was the second time that I did this race. There is lots of parking available and then you get on a shuttle bus which takes around 10 minutes and then it is a nice walk to the event village. You had to pick up your race number but it was fairly easy. It was a very cold morning and lots of people seemed to be hanging around in the sports hall.
The course is quite undulating with quite a few inclines and hills in the first 9 miles and then after that it is down hill for a while. The route is on open roads which I am not keen on, I do prefer to run on closed roads! The marshalls were very friendly and encouraging. I would do this race again.
