← Bangor 10k & Half Marathon
A tough race for me personally but that shouldn't take away from what is a very solid event.
I ran this as part of the castle 3 series. I'd describe the course as undulating and it has enough to keep you interested. The end of the race is a nice finish and I do like the medal.
Looking back I can't remember too much more about the race, I think I have been spoilt but some of the great events I have done this year, including two other Run Wales events.
I would return to this race as I have some demons to exercise. It was definitely not a good idea to run this a week after a marathon.
Good bag is stripped back and I'm the cotton t-shirt is OK.
A solid event and one I would do again.
