← Santa Dash with Mountbatten
A bit of fun for a good cause. Would have liked the option to pay less in entry fee and not receive the Santa suit. A one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t really work in my opinion. I simply donated it back to them at registration as I’d been sent it in advance.
I thought the medal was a bit disappointing, and I would have liked some sort of differentiation between those who chose the 5k route over the shorter 3k route too.
And whilst the route along the seafront was stunning, the 5k route turned out to be 5.4k so my time looks poor in comparison to my normal 5k pace.
But when all is said and done, it was a Charity fun run for a worthy cause and I would do it again.
